Start your morning with a fresh hot cup of  Island coffee and fresh cooked breakfast!  The breakfast menu has expanded to include pancakes, french toast, breakfast sandwiches and full breakfasts.  Of course that can be at any time of the day because we serve breakfast all day long.  

 

You can choose from the soup, stew or chili made from the finest ingredients.  Your choices change daily including special sandwiches and goodies.  Even if you don't see it on the menu, ask and we will try our best to create what you crave.

 

Visit our Gift and Book Loft upstairs, where we have a variety of Adirondack gifts, including soy candles, table lamps, Christmas ornaments, rustic frames, oil flags and table decor.  We are excited to be offering products made by local Adirondack artisans and craftspeople.  We are hoping to increase the selection of Adirondack books as well.

Fresh sliced Boars Head deli meats and cheeses are all we serve.  We pride ourselves in providing hearty, healthy, and great-tasing, prepared to-order sandwiches for here or to go.Whether you call ahead or simply stop in, your order will be ready in short order!

 

Check our board for daily specials.  You could find special sandwiches, soup, chili or stew.  We are always trying out new things and use the finest ingredients. 

 

Come in for breakfast at anytime of the day!  We have french toast, pancakes, breakfast sandwichs and omelets all day.

 

Another favorite is a Paradox dog.  It's a grilled Boar's Head hot dog topped with a special meat sauce made to complement the hot dog. 

 

Please note that the deli does close one hour before the store in order to clean.

Our in store dining area is a great place to meet some of the neat people hanging out around Paradox!   We also have an outdoor picnic area to take in all the fresh mountain air.

Paradox General Store is proud to present our own line of yummy foods.  Jams, mustards, pancake mix, muffin mix, breads, pastas, pickles.  These foods are made in New York and some are made by the Amish in New York.

We carry many different hats, t-shirts and jackets with graphics of your lake, the Adirondacks or hobbies.  Currently we cover Paradox Lake and Eagle Lake with some items for Putnam Pond.  We are hoping to expand on this selection.  Don't forget the kids.  We carry childrens' sizes as well.
